On September 11, 2017, the APEC-Canada Growing Business Partnership hosted a one-day research and policy workshop on the margins of the APEC Ministerial Meetings, which brought together Canadian and Vietnamese researchers, policy-makers, and local entrepreneurs to discuss APF Canada research on technology and innovation. The workshop had a session to discuss the results of the 2017 Survey of MSMEs and Entrepreneurs in Vietnam: Building the Capacity of MSMEs Through Technology and Innovation.
