Summary Report: Supporting the Digital Transformation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

This publication provides an overview of Viet Nam's policy framework supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly women-owned ones, in undertaking digital transformation. The report proposes key policy recommendations for the state and enterprise support organizations. It also offers suggestions for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises to advance the digital transformation process, foster sustainable and inclusive growth, and ensure development, progress, and equal access to support policies for both men-owned and women-owned enterprises.
